We have partnered with the Rental Housing Resource Center (located inside of the Community Advocates Building) to help individuals currently looking to remove past evictions from their CCAP Search. This event is currently open to individuals with dismissed evictions and completed payment plans only.
Walk-ins welcome. Appointments preferred. Only open to Milwaukee County.
All Clinics are held at the Rental Housing Resource Center, 728 N. James Lovell St.

Speak with an attorney from Legal Aid’s Eviction Free team about condition issues you are experiencing with your current landlord.
Appointments will last approximately 1 hour. There are 10 spots available during each Clinic. Once your appointment has been scheduled, please gather any evidence of the condition concerns (pictures, video, emails, letters, etc.), your rental agreement, your rental ledger (payments and charges), and bring that to your appointment.
Appointments only. Only open to Milwaukee County residents.
